Foreign trade BPO aims to outsource what would be an import and export department, through professionals who know the processes from negotiating with suppliers, closing exchange rates, international contracts to the entry of cargo for sale in case of import or even the shipment of the same in case of export.

Comex's BPO is responsible for carrying out and managing outsourced import services ranging from the search for suppliers, negotiation with them, import cost analysis, exchange closing, international contracts, international freight until the arrival of the cargo, its clearance and availability for sale.  In the case of export, the work starts with the contact with the buyer, negotiations, contracts, receipt of values and shipment of the goods. Small and medium companies that do not have a high volume of import or export processes choose to outsource this sector. Companies that have a high volume of processes may seek outsourcing as an extra force to meet times of greater growth or even a need to have a specialized sector instead of seeking to develop this specialty internally.
